CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES: strong>
These conditions are imposed on us by the hotels, estancias and other providers. The amendments involve removal of some services will be considered as a cancellation.
– Cancellation made more than 45 days before the date of arrival of passengers: account refund, less any administrative expenses, financial expenses and exchange rates.
– Cancellation made between 45 and 30 days before arrival: refund of 75% of the total bill.
– Cancellation made between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total bill.
– Cancellation made between 14 and 07 days before arrival: refund of 25% of the total bill.
– Cancellation made less than 6 days of the arrival date and / or no-show (without notice): no refund.
